Amis Food Products hail from the land of Kannur, Kerala. The traditionally exquisite cooking of Malabar demands a range of unique and premium ingredients in the kitchen to carry the exotic tastes to the awaiting palates. Founded in 2003, Amis Food Products originated as a one-employee mill in Kannur that produced rice powder (Amis Pathiri Powder), a prime ingredient in the various pathiris that are the breakfast staple in Malabar households.
